Plant ID please

i feel I *should* know what this is, and will go "of COURSE" when I'm told image. But I've been racking my brains and drawn a blank. It's about 10 inches tall at the moment. Ideas please?! image

    That looks to me a a lot like Himalayan honeysuckle Leycesteria Formosa, although I don't remember the leaf edges being serrated image

  • Thanks, no wonder it looked naggingly familiar, this grows wild on the local Common. Perhaps I brought back a seed on clothing (or a bird pooped it out...). I do like the flowers I've seen on big ones. Advice seems to be prune hard early spring to get strong new growth and keep small, so I'll take a chance and cut back now as I do need it to stay small, and will hope it flowers this summer ?
