I am seriously considering driving up to Beth Chatto's on Saturday 22nd April for her Garden Festival. Does anyone else want to come along?

I'll give it some thought chicky but it's 100 miles or more each way. I love that garden,
In the sticks near Peterborough
Chicky, Dove and I have been promising ourselves a trip there for yonks! Sounds like a grand excuse to me!
I would have loved to join you Chicky but it's the weekend my youngest son gets home from France where he's been running a chalet for 5 months and we've arranged to have family over to celebrate his 21st birthday. would def like to another time. Have a lovely day.
I'm supposed to be on the first day of my jollies on 22nd.
However, we have poorly puss cat and I want to be around to look after him - so I'm not sure if I'll be able to go away. If I'm staying at home I'd love to join you.
It's a garden the E Anglian Forkers were going to visit 18mths ago - but we were (torrentially) rained off. It would be lovely to go in spring.
Sounds like it could be a go-er. I've only been once before, in Autumn, and I'd love to go again. I'll put it in my diary, and we can all talk again nearer the time

I hope you and Chicky both go and have a great time and take lots of pics to share. Tales of HRT would be good too - horticultural retail therapy.
