I have a tiny pond at this house and I have a few bog lovers and marginals, plus other plants for a drier spot. Caltha palustris Alba ( white marsh marigold) Juncus spiralis ( corkscrew rush) and Iris chrysographes in the wetter parts, and a Phormium, a Libertia and a Clematis further out. The clem grows on the screen, and there's a 'box' at each end of it which has further scope for planting.
There's a fern or two which have seeded in, and some Cardamine pratensis (cuckoo flower) which I moved from another part of the garden. There's a couple of plants in the pond - an Equisetum for height, and a pygmy water lily.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
