    My Mum had a notice in her hallway years ago "Whether the weather is cold, or whether the weather is hot, we must weather the weather, whatever the weather, whether we like it or not" Don't think that'll fit on a mug though image

    My guess is that the dairy delivery drivers' union had a lawyer who was very hot on drafting documents and had a keen eye for punctuation.

    I don't know where the mugs were purchased from, but there are similar ones on internet shopping sites.
