Do you mean a rose or a polyanthus, your post is confusing as is often the case here...
The rose by that name isn't available in this country as far as I'm aware It is in the States and maybe on the Continent.... I've no idea about the polyanthus...
Thank you dovefromabove,will have a look at some sites.Not sure if it will be too expensive with import taxes.Not even sure its allowed to get plants from abroad,but I will investigate thanks again.

Polyantha roses were forerunners of floribunda roses and some are still known as polyantha type, especially in the US.
If you google 'rosa Verdun' you should get some growers in the US who stock it.
I don't think it's available in the UK, at least not under that name.
