Fun house plants - ideas

pokhimpokhim Posts: 210

Hi there

I would like some ideas on house plants. I currently have quite a few small cactus, a dragon tree (DRACAENA MARGINATA) a Kentia palm (HOWEA FORSTERIANA), a ponsietta, hyacinths on my kitchen worktop and a wonderful terrarium.

I have a couple of corners of the house that are a bit dark and would love something to put on top a corner table. Would a peace lilly or snake plant work well there? What else would look good?

 Thanks so much!!

Many yrs ago I had a stag horn fern in my north-facing bathroom - it done well for several years, but they do need some humidity, and it certainly looks different

Peace lilly would do well there as you suggest

  • Depends how dark your corners are. I have Peace Lillies,Christmas Cactus and Orchids and all do well.
