Morning aym and happy new year everyoneimage

I think I must have had a must grow list as I noticed yesterday two pots of mixed seeds had germinated...I must have thought they were so obvious they didn't need labelling...image I wouldnt have sowed them unless I wanted them for something - unless they were an experiment just to see if I *could* grow them...image

Every year I have at least one plant craze, where I buy as many as I can find of different types, realising they are the best plant in the world. This year is hesperantha and persicaria. image

    Oh, don't start me on seeds!!! I sorted them into separate tins recently, Allotment direct sow, allotment indoor sow and garden. Have 15 packets of cosmos!image Confused sweet rocket and honesty (againimageimage) and have two packets of one and none of the other.

    I didn't send you the hibiscus - I've never had one. I did send something but don't ask me whatimage 

    I have your alstroemeria in my tin for Feb. I might start off a free pack of sempervivum I got from a magazine, just for something to do...image

    Aym, don't like to put you off, but peach and plum need to be on a root stock.image

    I will still plant cosmos this year, but I will not depend on it so much. I had the seven foot  frond situation this year. However, when they eventually flowered in very late September, they were quite spectacular.

    In London. Keen but lazy.
