    Field maple, acer campestre. Lovely native tree, rare as a mature and large tree now because the wood is so good to work with. However, very common along roadsides and widely planted in hedgerow mixes.

    Some of mine are starting to block the view so might have to be introduced to Mr Stihl , the chainsaw.
