Quite an upright form (possibly P. hillieri 'Spire', too wide spreading for P. 'Amanogawa'), but when was the picture taken? Mine have lost all their leaves now.
Looks like a feed in Spring would be good. The leaves look like they have a mineral deficiency, possibly magnesium. Something with a wide spread of nutrients like seaweed meal .

Those look like prunus leaves to me - possibly a flowering cherry.
