plant them, they won't keep til next year.
I think you're supposed to plant those on their sides so that dent in them doesn't fill up with water.
I can't remember if I did that or not but they keep coming back every year.

Oops, i planted a few of these, but not on their sides, how interesting,mfngers crossed they will sort themselves out....
