I have a gladioli border, bulbs are now 3 Years old and haven't performed as well this year as in previous years. Are the bulbs tired and do I need to replace them?

They benefit from being dug up every few years. Snap off the old corms and keep the biggest ones. Store dry and frost free over Winter and replant in Spring.
