Which animal poo is this?

Hi there,

I recently planted a new lawn, new soil and seeds about a month ago. 

There is this strange poo like substance over the lawn and I cannot identify which animal it is from. Or if in fact it is not poo. 

Can anyone help with identification?

    Thank you. No wonder I couldn't see this whilst scrawling through pictures of animal poo on Google.
