Cyclamen hardiness
in Plants
Hi i have just purchased a white cyclamen plant, quite large,it's one of the Sierra mixed series. Could anyone tell me if these are semi hardy or house plants please as it dosn't give much info on the label, just that it prefers partial shade.any information would be greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance. Cyclamen 'Sierra' are of the C. persicum type and are not hardy in the UK - they're happiest in a cool-lsh room in good light but out of direct sun.
Water from the bottom - don't keep them too wet.

Thank you very much Dovefromabove. I was thinking of putting it in its container in my chimney pot which I have standing in a sheltered spot on my Patio, until it gets really cold then bringing it into the carport over winter as it's too warm in the house, do you think that would be ok.
Personally speaking I'd put it under the car port now - they really don't like being rained on.
