They're not ready to plant out. Are they in a seed tray? If so I'd prick them out into individual cells or modules or tiny pots and keep them in the cold greenhouse over the winter.

Yes, Dove is right with the advice given, don't put the seedlings out now, they are far too small and tender to cope with the coming winter weather but over winter them in the greenhouse and perhaps plant them out in April if it is mild where you live Maylane.
