Can you help me identify this plant?

Dear gardening experts - please can you help me ID this pretty flowering plant which has long stems and white or pink flowers. I see it growing in borders all over and it flowers right through the summer. Thanks :0)image

    Gaura lindheimeri, Michaela.  It's a  very pretty plant  image

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    Wow thanks - what a fast reply. I have been pouring over books trying to find this information out! Can I plant it now or must I wait for Spring? :0)

    I'd wait for spring, it's not the most hardy plant. Let them die in the GCs and buy yours in spring
