Anemone blanda bulbs

KeenOnGreenKeenOnGreen Posts: 1,757

planting some Anemone blanda bulbs. They are smooth on one end and with a little tuft on the other. Is the tuft the bottom or the top of the bulb?  Normally can figure this out, but they are so tiny.

I don't bother, they all come up.

I can see soak for summer flowering anemones planted in spring but it would be a strange UK winter if the corms didn't get soaked naturallyimage

Oops, they're already buried but I will water regularly until winter takes over.

I wouldn't bother, winter will happen, no rush. Nature is better than a hosepipe.

I have rootballs of shrubs in a different treatment category from bulbs and corms
