Hi - has anyone heard of a smallish shrub in flower now with lime green leaves & yellow & cerise pink flowers on the same shrub? I keep driving past one but not suitable to stop & ask!
No. I can do the flower (lantana, as said), but not the leaf and I can do the leaf (abelia 'Francis Mason', escallonia 'Gold Brian', spiraea 'Golden Princess' et al ) but not the right flower! Just when I think of something I dismiss it because it's too large , wrong leaf, wrong time of flower (although that can be misleading), wrong colour! You'll have to stop and take a picture

LANTANA.
If you live in Derbyshire, as I do.
Hi pansyface, thanks for responding. No i dont think its lantana, the flowers seem to be more tubular (trumpet like) a bit like some salvias.

Weigela middendorfiana? Anything like it? Had some in stock this year, one of my favourite shrubs. It's out of season, but that's a minor detail.
