    Fuchsia. probably one of the hardy ones. Surprised it is not covered in flowers at the moment.

    Or, it was cut back too late and it's only just getting going?

    Thankyou. I had a feeling it was but as you say it should be covered in flower :/ it's a new client I've started gardening for and it is next to a path so maybe they cut it back a few months ago
