How to winter store Peruvian Daffodils
I need to dig up and store my Peruvian Daffodils over winter.
I can't find any online advice that is VERY SPECIFIC about his job.
Here's what I was going to do.
Let me know what's right, what's wrong, what you would do differently...
2. Clean - trim roots, clean bulbs
3. Allow to dry indoors for 24 hours
Store in the shed as they are;
Replant in dry compost in a pot and store in the shed
Put in a box of wood shavings and store in the shed.
What is right or wrong about any of this?
P.s... I'm assuming you don't want to keep them anywhere too warm in case they start growing again???
