The leaves will die off at this time of year, pokhim. It's not an evergree, new growth will start to appear again in the spring and your blooms should be even better next year!

They do die off earlier than a lot of perennials, but I'd never cut the leaves off until they'd died - the plants need the leaves so they can continue to photosynthesize and feed the crown of the plant.

Mine look worse than that too.
I think they do tend to look worse than a lot of other plants that are dying back though.
