2 plant id please

I have 2 plants that have popped up all around my garden. The ones with the sail like leaves could be outdoor orchids that I planted but they've been growing their leaves since July and no flower has come on any of the 10 plants that are growing.

The second one looks almost like a fern. I thought it was a version of nigella which I think is the bottom picture but they don't look alike on closer inspection. The fronds are soft and again these have popped up in a raised bed that had previously grown surprise poppies and a random rose bush that popped up too. Any help would be appreciated.

    The 2nd photo looks like a yarrow, loli.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Thanks Bob. It certainly looks like it. It must have come in the soil that I got for the bed.

    The leaves of the first plant look as if they were from a Iridacea (like gladioli...).

    Thanks for the identification. I don't remember planting gladioli so will wait and see if anything flowers

    Could be Acidanthera (Abyssinian gladioli).
