1 is oregano or marjoram
3 is penstemon
4 is hellebore
4 is Linaria purpurea
i think the weed could be Canadian fleabane, Erigeron canadensis. Did it have tiny, dirty white flowers?

is number 4 definitely a hellebore? These are very big compared to other hellebores ive seen

How big is 4? It doesn't look very big in the photo, just about hellebore size. It may be several hellebores inhibited by a bit of weed membrane,

thats the only other photo i have at the moment i can take more tomorrow all of these were in a bed that i have emptied hence it sitting on the weed matting! Theres 3 (hellebore) plants there which i have potted up for now
I didn't realise they were sitting on the membrane, I thought they were growing through it
