Help identifying this plant, please
I have been trying to identify this plant for about three years. I call it the bluebell tree but it is probably a shrub. I have seen it growing in a garden in Norfolk and there were two or three main stems about 8 to 9 feet high. The owner brought back a cutting from Corfu many years ago. I think it was on Gardener's World yesterday when about 3/4 way through the programme it showed a "tropical" garden on Torquay. Unfortunately, it only briefly showed the owner pointing out something that had a blue/purple bell. The only shot was when the lady held the fallen bell and at that point it actually showed the leaf. It is the same leaf and bell as on the plant that I have, after being given a cutting fron the one in Norfolk. I originally kept it in the greenhouse before planting out. On GW the owner said something like Blue Acroma? Have done some research but am getting nowhere. Would really appreciate some help.

Wasn't an abutilon, was it?

There was an abutilon on GW last night, but that's not it - I know the one Lynn D means - the blue flower fell from the plant and was picked up from the ground to show to the camera - can't remember what they said it was, but when I get a moment I'll watch the programme again if someone else hasn't already identified it - I'm up to my elbows in making chutney at the moment .....
It definitely sounded like he said "blue acroma" but maybe it was acronema? I thought I had added the photograph of my plant while it was still in the greenhouse. I think I am doing something wrong. Could you see it?
No photo Lynn. Start with the camera icon and don't try and upload too large a photo

Oh! Trying to send the photo from my ipad. Might be that. No point in taking photo of the plant now as all the flowers have finished. I was trying to put on a photo that was taken 3 years ago on the ipad which clearly showed everything. Thanks nutcutlet. I must try harder!
This site has a reputation for being tricky with photos. Might be worth sending pic of the leaves unless they've died back. I can often ID a plant better from the leaves than the flowers
