Tulips
Does anybody know if it would be ok to plant some tulip bulbs underneath pebbles?
I am wondering if they will push through?
There is no weed sheet just gravel And the soil condition underneath is good with lots of sunshine.
Any advice or tips would be brilliant.
Thank you.

tulips naturally grow in rocky soil that gets baked in the sun. I see no problem. give it a go.
I suspect that's a tree in the middle, long-term prospects might be poor

My tulips tend to fade away after three years anyway.
