Plant identification No. 3 please

Hi again,

I took this photo on 9th May and would like an id if possible, please, so I can determine how to look after it and prune it as it is planted in close proximity to other shrubs and seems a bit squashed.

It is growing in a southern aspect and has leaves like holly.  The flowers are cream coloured and the photos shows some flowers and buds.

    Thanks Kitty 2.  I feel a bit silly now as I even mentioned Holly in my question.  All I can say is that I grew up in London and my only exposure to holly was at Christmas time when we bought a few branches from the local greengrocer.

    I shall go and find out some more information on it and acquaint myself with it a little more.
