What is this plant???

I recently rescued this plant from the office at work. I have no idea what type of plant it is and what it's needs are. I've been watering it but it doesn't seem to be doing very well. Can anyone identify it from the picture attached?image

Many thanks,

Chris

    IT LOOKS LIKE A DRACENA.

CAN'T HELP WITH CULTIVATION AS MOST HOUSE PLANTS DROP DEAD FOR ME.

This plant doesn't need too much water

It looks like it might need a "holiday".   When we go away I stand tall plants in the shower and rinse them down with cool water to clear all the house dust off their leaves and give their pot and root ball a good soaking but then let the excess drain away.  I then leave them in there while we're way.

This worked for a finer and more stripy leaved dracaena in the past till I gave it away to a home with more space and it still works for a 2m high ficus benjamina and a ficus elastica.

I suggest you give yours a good shower if you can and maybe pot it into a bigger pot with fresh compost - John Innes no 3 - and then water once a week and make sure it isn't sitting in water.
