Lots of them have good perfume so the next thing to consider is size and flower colour as well as shelter. They need to be in a calm spot for the perfume to "pool" rather than be dissipated on the wind and they want to be well drained but not dry out at the roots in summer.
My orange Peel does well and Jelena is supposed to have good perfume. Danny is another good one with red flowers and Pallida also has good scent and pale yellow floors.
