Sorry end of post vanished... toddler got stuck in it the other day and had to shout for help! It is just starting to go over does anyone have any advice on how I can improve it for next year and ideally get it to grow more upright? Thank you all :)

Thanks Verdun, I probably usually leave it too late, thank you very much!

Thanks it is fairly sunny, although maybe the house creates too much shade for it. Should you water lavender? I usually don't...I was wondering about replacing it as it is a bit crazy! Are there any particular varieties I should go for? Thank you again!

Thank you, that's so helpful. Will have a look at Nepeta now! Thanks again :)

If going for Nepeta you may come home to the same issue as cats adore rolling in and eating the stuff. It is after all, catnip. image check out Salvia Ostfriesland or Caradonna (taller) too.

Cornish cats must be different then.

Our cat used to go completely nuts around the Nepeta, behaving like he was on LSD.

The cat is now dead.............. however the 2 are not related.

How can you lie there and think of England
