Pretty, though... and quite variable. I like the red stems. Round here we also have a white-flowered version too. I let them grow under my Rosa rugosa hedge, in dense shade where nothing much will thrive.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Very pretty pinky/purple flowers! I'll let it live
Unfortunately, I have a dog that could replace a building site digger, so all plants are confined to pots and don't have the chance to get 'out of control' or grow where they're not wanted, handy in a way.. but I do envy the lovely boarders in other's garden pics I've seen
Well you've got it now so you will always have it The flowers are only about 1cm across to give you a rough idea of size. I happily keep the little beggar in my garden and just remove any that get in the way too much. My bees seem to like them too which is a bonus.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
I'll see if I can collect some seeds, Nut. There's an area of canal bank where they are almost exclusively white so they ought to come reasonably true from seed.

Any flowers Ladybird4?
Definately not 1 I've planted
I suspected a weed-type though as it's not been moved out of a constantly shady corner or watered... But still looks pretty healthy
It gets tiny little pink flowers like this:
