Allium Spaerocephalon

I planted a line of planters with Allium Spaerocephalon, and they bloomed beautifully.  If I am to get another good show of flowers next year do I need to do anything with the now fading flower heads?

Do I leave them be or remove flower/stalk?

I often just leave mine Eddie, but you can take the flowering stems off to save energy being used to produce seed, and leave the rest of the foliage to die back naturally and feed the bulbs for next year  image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Great little plants aren't they? image

Mine have been battered by the horrible weather we're having just now, but the bees don't seem to mind the sideways blooms - they're clinging on in the rain  image
