Any chance of an ID?

I pass this all the time but no idea what it is. The flower look like hibiscus? Sorry for poor quality photo - too scared to get closer to it!

    Hibiscus blue bird I think.

    They will grow and flower in our climate. But the draw back is. The flowers wilt and conjeal after a good down pour. The petals are like tissue paper. Yes it is Fidget.
