Microhabitats

I have added a range of microhabitats to my garden. It already featured 2 ponds and a bog garden, but this year have added a wild area, hay/dry leaf store, log pile and moss garden. I'd be interested in seeing some other ideas and pics - especially from anyone whose microhabitats have been successful in attracting new wildlife which hadn't been present previously.
Pics to follow....

No rockery HH? Supposed to be good for reptiles if in full sun: though mine's in semi-shade and haven't noticed any...
Few things in life nicer than providing homes for others!
Good point Rob. Not sure why I didn't think of that one. I have some stacked roof tiles but no rockery. No shortage of rocks in my garden...I just have to plant a spade in the soil to hear the depressing thud of spade on rock!
