Campanula Telham Beauty - help

I've grown two of these and they flowered beautifully but now the flowers are on their way out and beginning to look straggly - see second photo.  I've searched on the internet as to what I should do with them now (if anything) but can't find much information.  Can anyone help?

cut the flowers stems off, they'll be back next year, you may even get some little one this year
