I thought at first it could be Buddleja alternifolia but I don't think the leaves are right. Can you take another pic when it does flower and post it on the Forum? Someone will be clever enough to identify it as is though so fingers crossed.

The 2nd is Valerian - self-sows everywhere, but pretty when in flower. Up to you to decide if it's a weed or a valuable addition to the border
