Thick Willow Fencing

Hi All;

Can anyone advise me on the best place to get some large and strong thick willow fencing?

I want a strong fencing to act as a good screen but also strong enough to stand up to the high winds.

We live in the Suffolk region but would be happy to order from anywhere.

Thank you so very much

Barbara

    DO YOU MEAN THIS SORT IF STUFF?

    IF SO, I HAVE USED PRIMROSE TWICE IN THE PAST AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD.

    THAT SAID, THIS TYPE OF FENCING DOES NOT LAST A LONG TIME. THINK IN TERMS OF FIVE YEARS RATHER THAN FIFTY.

  • Thank you - I am looking for something much thicker - its hard to explain, but something that has several larger branches weaving round strong vertical branches - it has to be this strong because of the weather conditions here.

    Thank you so very much

    CAN YOU SUPPLY A PHOTO OR IS THIS JUST AN IDEA?

    just make sure the branches are dead, you don't want a living willow screen as they cause all sorts of problems.

    as you sure you don't want hazel hurdles?

    Some people in our village recently had a hazel fence woven on site and it looks very robust and beautiful. If you Google "hazel fence Suffolk", you will get a list of all the people who can do this kind of work and who also sell individual hazel hurdles. You'll be able to compare prices and see what will suit your garden best.

  • You have all been fantastic - thank you so much...... may you all have a lovely month/year/life.
