can you help?

red marks, sort of "rosetted" in shape (see attached photo) have appeared on our 8 year old fabulous jasminoides in a pot in our garden in Guildford.  I am concerned.  I have removed every one of them & destroyed them just this afternoon.

but, I am worried this may be related to the "red spots" which appeared in my rhodendron (see previous post 10 minutes ago).  I am asking for help with the rhododendron problem too, as I am frightened that may be ""phytothera" (spelling) which is a bad disease I believe. I removed the offending leaves from the rhodie Tow weeks ago & am watching it carefully.

but can anyone help me with the jasminoides red marks?

do you think this is related to the rhodie problem.

Both plants are in the back garden in close proximity.

i am hoping I can treat them, and save them?

what do you think & suggest ?  Thankyou
