Buddleia growing in a wall!

Hi there

I do like Buddleia's & I do try to avoid weedkiller as much as possible, however, I have a real problem with Buddleia growing out of our wall in 2 separate places, causing damage which I wouldn't want to increase at all. Is there anything I can paint on the root to stop it from developing/kill it?

    SBK brushwood killer will do the trick.
