My Hollyhocks this year seem to have grown way higher than previous years. I have one that is over 12ft tall when normally it is about 6ft.
Anyone know why this is?
I wonder if it's because of the increased rain in June etc. My Verbena bonariensis are sky high compared to normal.
Could be Mark but everything else is normal size, it`s just the Hollyhocks.
Mild winter? Maybe the crown of the plant didn't use up too much energy over winter and got growing sooner in the spring?
