New raised beds in August!

I wonder if anyone can offer advice please. I have just cleared three beds (2m by 1m) of weeds and I am now looking for suggestions as to what veg or cuttting flowers I could plant so late into the growing season - I'm determined not to let the pesky weeds take over again!

Could try some pak choi, autumn planting garlic or onions?
Three good suggestions, thats one bed sorted, two more to go!
Plant kale now to give you greens in spring.
