Blue Bayou? 2nd time lucky?

I find most flowering plants  improve with a teaspoon of phostrogen in a watering can of water.

Use tomorite. You want it to flower. If you are planning on it going into the ground, a handful of BFB  onto the soil before you plant will help. Nettle has too much nitrogen at this time of year, unless you have leafy crops like cabbages .
