Help! Plant Identification

I have this plant that I would love to plant more of but I am having real difficulty in identifying it, I could have sworn it began with a C or S (pretty sure its not saxifrage) I've never seen any flowers on it and think it's an alpine/rockery plant.Any help would be greatly appreciated!image

Don't know what it is, but it looks like the sort of thing that roots as it spreads and would be easy to split if you need more plants. Why not have a look underneath and see if you can see any roots so you can take ready rooted cuttings?
