plant has smallish double petaled pink tinged white trumpet shaped flowers.is a small tree or shrub two to three meters tall with peeling bark and multi stemed. sorry, I took photo but cant seem to download it.

l'll go for a weigela this time ?
Did cross my mind Andy but I wasn't sure if Weigela grew to 3 metres and my weigelas have long finished flowering and are not double flowered.
