I thought the first was Valerian but my plant guide shows a different flower to this one
Is this a passion flower or does it have another name? This one looks a bit like a hebe but not sure. The flowers are sort of fluffy and pale blue/mauve

I would say you are right with your first 3. The last is a penstemmon (? Spelling?)
Centranthus ruber. Passion flower. It looks like Hebe Boughton Silver but I'm not sure and last one is a Penstemon.
the trouble is common names.
Your plant is Centranthus ruber, aka valerian.
There is also Valeriana officianalis, aka valerian
and a passion flower, I thinl that one is Passiflora caerulea
and a hebe.
and a penstemon
In the sticks near Peterborough
Our Passion Fruit plant had edible fruits on it a few years ago - but nobody in the family thought they were very tasty. The Valerian is classed as a weed by some, but other people grow it in their flower beds. Thanks for all the naming contributions - there will be more in a few days time.
I love the colour of the penstemon, it is such a deep rich colour - really stands out - I assume they are an annual grown by seed?
Penstemon are perennials - some folk have trouble getting them through the winter as they can be borderline hardy, but in Guernsey you should have no trouble
Your passion flower is ,I think, Passiflora caerulea. The fruits are edible but not very tasty. If you want the fruits they sell in the shops I think you need Passiflora edulis.
