Tomato disease

Please can anyone tell me what's wrong with my tomatoes? I'm new to growing them so not familiar with the usual diseases and how to deal with them.

    Thanks. What can I do about it? Is it something I should have dealt with when the plant was flowering?

    Most common cause is irregular watering.
