Red Robin problem?

Hi All, newbie post.

We have noticed some disease like markings on our Red Robins.

Do I have a problem and if so how do I treat it?

    Could it be overspray from weedkiller? 

    I'm saying that because it doesn't really look like anything else. It's too blotchy and random.

    Somebody more familiar with the plant might have other ideas.

    Hi thanks for your response.

    We've not sprayed any weed killer on it - unless it was the neighbours whilst we were out lol

    Hi Fluke,

    There's a condition called Photinia Leaf Spot which leads to blotches and dead bits on leaves.  If you google it you may be able to decide if that looks like what your plants are suffering from.  They do seem to have plenty of new growth though, which is good news...  image

    Yes it does look like that.

    Thanks for your help - looks like pruning should help.
