Whats wrong with my rose

Hi, I live in Latvia and have grown a number of roses quite successfully, climbing, HT shrub, floribunda etc.all of which have been bred, grafted, grown from cuttings here, and not imported from  warmer areas.This year however after having two or three blooms one of my plants has just died, the rest in the same bed are quite healthy. I include a picture of said rose is there anyone out there who can throw some light on my problem. The rose is about three years old.image

    Has the rose been in that garden position for all of its 3 years?
