albizia seedlings struggling

Hoping somebody can please tell me what is wrong wo with my persoian silk tree seedlings. They grow a new set of leaves which gradually wilt and look dry as a newer po pinnate leaf o is growing, so O I consistently have just one pinnate leaf at a time as the previously hr healthy one wilts. At first I thought they were too dry but they're certailnly not now and they seem to be getting worse because the new leaves seem to be getting smaller and starting to wilt earlier. Some are pale in colour too. I did feed them once which for doesn't seem to have helped. What's going on with them please? Apologies for text mistakes.
