Is this tree safe?

Hello, I´m wondering if the tree in the pictures below is safe. It´s a 10 year old sycamore with three trunks and is currently about 12 metres high. The problem is that its right next to a short wall of about 80cms. I guess the roots are only supporting it from the higher side and if it falls in a storm it will hit the house! Shall I cut the thing down or let it keep growing? I had planned to turn it into a tree house for my littleuns but then maybe its not mature enough to do that yet? What do people think? I feel bad about cutting it down but would feel silly if it damaged the house. Thanks,
