Why aren't my inca berries producing fruit?

Hi, they are looking healthy and green and growing tall, but as in previous years they haven't yet produced any flowers. By the time they did have flowers and fruit last year it was too cold and very few survived. There was also a poor crop in terms of numbers. What am I doing wrong please?

The fruit only appears late September so maybe its a bit early?
Ok thanks. I'll wait a bit and see if I get a better crop than last year. Do you pinch yours out?
