Just a quick up date I have now spent 2 days at the new garden and I am happy to be working in such a beautiful garden. the owners are so kind and helpful they come out and chat with me and we discuss and plan new things for next year such a change to my last place.
I am excited because in August we take delivery of lots of plants purchased from the Chelsea flower show not sure what they are but I know they will add a new look to the beds.
it has been a hard 2 days of cutting large beech hedges because I'm getting old but yesterday afternoon I got to show off my grass cutting skills and created a wonderful new look to the main lawns which the owners really loved.
Really happy for you bulkerb. It's nice to be appreciated...it brings out the best in everybody.
Years ago I had a part time job/hobby where the staff were treated like dirt. We had one line manager who always pitched in and, when we were leaving at night, always thanked us for our hard work. We'd have run to hell for her.

Very happy for you.
Let's hope this is the job you keep until you decide it's time to hang up your mower
